3. When we have a shortlist of pre-selected candidates, we contact them and, through interviews, ensure that their knowledge, skills, and experiences align with what our clients are looking for.
4. Once we have the ideal candidates, we schedule an interview between the client and the candidate so that the client can directly assess the candidate’s skills.
5. Finally, when clients select one of our candidates, we send them an offer outlining the type of contract, salary, and position.
6. We then begin all the documentation related to the hiring of the selected new talent.
